I miss ya Daddy!!

Today marks 10 years since my dad died. I have just been thinking a lot about him so I thought I would make a list of things he loved (aka things I love about my dad/ memories)...
1st class flights, the “40 isn't old if you're a tree" shirt, a “5$ lawn job”, “a brother like that", the knotty pine walking stick, a yellow mechanic jumpsuit, acting in plays with my mom, anniversary trips, Argentina, the Beach Boys, beard pictures, blue sweats, boondoggle, buzzed boy hair, a Canon SLR camera, cherry cheesecake, Christmas nativity reenactments, coin collecting, commando belts, constellations, cooking steak perfectly (med rare), daddy daughter dates, deer antlers over the fireplace, dell laptops, Disneyland, Disneyworld, dollhouses, duets, Dutch oven cobbler, eagle scouts, Elvis, every game I ever cheered at,  family prayer, Ferdinand, Jose, Sharpie and Pink Eyes, foot heaters, Gemtec, getting smoked out of the basement every time we'd turn on the TV in the winter, girls camp, hammocks, historical markers throughout Idaho and Utah, homerun derby, hotel soaps, “I can sleep when the wind blows", ice-cream after swimming, Indiana Jones hats, “it's an underliner", kissy pictures, kit-kats then snickers, knots, little league,  mtn man rendezvous, my mom's voice, National Parks, neckerchief slides, not peanut butter, oldtimer pocketknife, our family, “perfect practice, makes perfect", perms, petunias, photochromic lens glasses, pine wood derby, “pines are in packets, spruce are square, and firs are flat", playing chopsticks & "house of the rising sun" on the piano, powertunes, quaking aspens, races at rest stops, reading stories with his kids at night, root-beer floats, Saturday morning pancakes, scouting, Sean Paddy Begorah, seven dwarves, sewing leather pouches, signing in the rain, smith and Edwards, scenic views, springbar tents, stamp collections, straight A's, table rock, the Tetons, the silver beaver, “the wall", track meets, using every grit of sandpaper but only one drop of stain, “veo, veo", Washington DC trips, waterbeds, WD40, wheelbarrow rides, wildflowers, willow whistles, woodwork, wrestling, yard work, smile wrinkles, “you wouldn't worry about what people thought of you if you realized how seldom they do", and Zion
