Today was my first crack at canning all by myself...and I think it turned out rather well--still crossing my fingers to see if all of the bottles seal... So Peaches are my very most favorite thing to eat especially on a blustery day in February and the ones the stores sell stink. So Monday I drove up to Willard Utah and bought 3 boxes of peaches. My house smelled wonderful for a few days and then Today I CANNED! Now I am exhausted. I can't wait for cody to come home so we can cuddle on our new couch while we look at all those canned peaches (35 so far). There is still a half a box left and I am debating about making homemade Ice cream with peaches on top or another batch to can... peach pie was yesterday and sooooooooooooooo good. i can't wait for thanksgiving!

Mmmm... how awesome. I helped a friend can some peaches the other day, so I'm sure it wore you out. Your little family is so cute. I love looking at your pictures!
